How Repacking with WinePak Works

Step 1: Our experienced team begins the process by using our fully-automated repacking system to transfer wine bottles from 8-foot-high pallets onto our line to inspect them before they are packed into cartons.

Step 2: On another line, printed 12-bottle cartons customized for your winery are assembled and dividers are then inserted.

Step 3: The wine bottles are then sorted into rows, flipped and inserted into the assembled cartons.

Step 4: The filled cartons are sent by conveyor to be stacked, placed on pallets and shrink-wrapped.

Step 5: These completed pallets are then stored in WinePak’s 220,000 square-foot warehouse or shipped to your winery for filling and labeling.
