How do I know what type of bottle to select for my wine?

Bottle selection is a choice for your winery based on its marketing plan. Our experienced Packaging Consultants have strong knowledge to help you manage all of your packaging needs including help determine what format style of glass works for the wines you are making.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary depending on manufacturer; production on shop at a manufacturer or repacking in house from bulk to case will impact the minimum order amount per project.

What are my options as far as the type of carton?

We work with multiple corrugated manufacturers. We have a range of options we can offer in regards to the carton material, sizing, and printing. Our stock package is a #3 white box with chipboard partitions. We can also help any winery create custom cartons.

If I am looking for the most sustainable package what are the elements I should consider?

Consider our eco weight tier of glass. These bottles weigh approximately 467 grams and come in Flint or Antique Green. We stock Burgundy and Claret molds in this gram weight both with Cork or Stelvin finish. We have a global supply of these formats across multiple manufacturers.

What is the lead time?

Many of our items are on hand in stock boxes. Turn around for stock is 3-7 days depending on where you are located and whether or not you have an established account. For custom packaging, lead times vary depending on the manufacturer and whether or not the artwork is complete or needs to be created.

Can WinePak help with forecasting and planning for my future orders?

What do I do if we experience a quality issue on the bottling line?

Contact your Packaging Consultant and Account Coordinator immediately regarding the issues. They will work closely with you along with our quality team resources to resolve the situation.
